I give the Albemarle Area Association of REALTORS permission to program the above-mentioned equipment to operate in AAAR Supra eKEY Basic, Supra iBox BTLE Keybox, and SupraNet Database. I agree to abide by the Rules and Regulations of the MLS as set forth by the Albemarle Area Association of REALTORS, including the Lockbox Key System. I agree to maintain the security of the lockbox system and will not allow access to AAAR lockboxes by unauthorized users.

I understand that I will be charged a one-time activation fee of $100 and a $5 per month cooperating key fee. These charges will be added to my firm's monthly MLS fees invoice.
